With over 300 features introduced throughout 2022, it is time to look at the main innovations that hit the Avature platform in the last quarter of the year.
Our Content Management System, user interface, portals, sourcing and searching functionalities were all enhanced. There were specific motivations that led to these releases, from enabling more customization to improving accessibility and expanding capabilities with a high strategic value for our users. But all in all, they respond to our constant commitment to strengthening the tech engine our customers choose to drive their recruiting and talent management practices.
Tune into our upcoming webinar on January 25, where Jaime de la Vega, Strategic Account Manager, and Darren Matthews, Account Manager, will go over the standout features released in Q4 of 2022:
- As part of our CMS internationalization capabilities, we have created a language selector widget with a customizable style (font, borders, colors, etc.) that can be incorporated to enable changing the language in landing and “thank you” pages.
- Focusing on the user experience, we have revamped the Avature action bar and introduced more personalization options for Home dashboards.
- As we continue to develop functionalities that support the adoption of a skills-based approach, we recently incorporated a mass action that facilitates parsing skills to person records from a list.
- An asset for our users searching for talent in multiple regions and languages, the Semantic Suggestions functionality in WebSources and Advanced Search now supports Italian and Spanish.
- In addition to the currently available options to share a job, such as email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and others, it is now possible to share job postings through WhatsApp directly from a portal. Also in portals, users can automatically fill the location filter with their browser’s location.
- Avature DNA became a progressive web app and welcomed a new set of accessibility features. As part of the upgrade, the solution also allows selecting from a new dataset of skills to customize user profiles and endorse colleagues.
Don’t miss out on this customer-exclusive webinar where we’ll dive into the features added to our platform.
