Getting the most out of Avature from day one
Getting Started with Avature
At Avature, we have a team of training specialists dedicated to your success. To guarantee users are up to speed and can make the most out of your new Avature solution, our team will provide the necessary resources and training courses, delivered virtually and at no extra cost. These include:
- Overview Videos
Short walk-through tutorials that cover basic functionality for users, and configuration details for administrators.
- Solution Demos
Depending on the Avature solutions that you implemented, you will have access to the corresponding demos that outline the standard flow, functionality and configuration.
- Feature Workshops
Real-life scenarios on how to use key functionality, with available sessions for both user and admin roles.
- FAQ & User Guides
Commonly asked questions and support articles to read as complementary material for your registered sessions and videos.
Approximately two weeks prior to your go-live date, your Avature consultant will connect you with our Training Team to coordinate a one-off session for your core team. In this session, a senior training specialist will go over the specifics of your solution to cover configuration elements, distinctive naming conventions, exceptions and considerations
Avature Custom Training
Upon request, our team can work with you to design and deliver a personalized training program focused on your specific Avature business case and configuration. They can include anything from custom training sessions to a train-the-trainer plan, and can be delivered virtually or on site. We can also create and deliver a tailored training manual as an add-on, if desired.
One of the really nice things about working with Avature is the team. Avature is very willing to reach out and help us customize things. They provide training that’s specific to our needs. In addition, they not only point out other things that the tool can do that we may not have been aware of, but they also make suggestions to help us achieve our ultimate goal.”
