To guarantee your users are up to speed and make the most out of your Avature solution, the Training Team will provide the necessary resources and training courses. Depending on your specific needs and choice, Avature training can be delivered virtually or onsite and have a combination of on-demand and instructor-led sessions.
Getting Your Users up to Speed
Avature virtual Training Campus allows users to register for daily web-based courses at no extra cost. These courses are a great way for users to familiarize themselves with the software and understand the most common usages.
During instructor-led sessions, users will have the opportunity to ask questions to a Training Specialist, and on-demand videos will give them access to specific training at any time.
Customizing your Avature Training
Large company deployments or complex configurations designed to replace multiple custom built systems may require the co-development of customized training. Avature Training and Consulting teams can work hand in hand with your business leaders and change management professionals to design, develop, and deliver custom training focused on your specific use case and configuration. This custom training can be delivered virtually or onsite, using your own Avature solution for demo purposes.

Turning your Admin Users into Experts
Your Admin Users will have special training sessions designed for their role. The Avature Admin Training Program consists of interactive lessons that relate to your specific implementation of Avature and use real examples to highlight relevant configuration pieces within your instance.
Admin Users can then become certified as Avature Specialists. This annual certification course will ensure they stay up to date with the latest Avature functionality and further develop their expertise in data modeling, workflows and user support.
