New York – July 5, 2016 – Avature and LinkedIn recently announced that Avature is now part of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions Partner Program. As an approved partner, Avature ATS customers can now access, and benefit from the full package of available LinkedIn integrations. The partnership agreement enables a faster, more seamless experience using the products of Avature and LinkedIn together.
Building on existing integrations, this new approved partner relationship enables Avature to further integrate with LinkedIn for the following Talent Solutions:
1. Cross System Awareness: Links candidate records in Avature, to their corresponding LinkedIn profiles. When accessing a candidate record within Avature, recruiters can view their LinkedIn Profile and work with the most up-to-date information. Similarly, when searching for candidates within LinkedIn, recruiters can see whether a prospective candidate already exists within their Avature ATS.
2. LinkedIn Referrals: Enables recruiters to create jobs within Avature, post them directly to LinkedIn Referrals giving employees the opportunity to refer candidates to open positions from within the LinkedIn Referral tool. From referral to hire or disposition, Avature updates the status of each referral allowing employees to track the status of their referrals’ throughout the hiring process.
3. LinkedIn Recruiter: Avature also integrates with a feature of LinkedIn’s next generation of Recruiter called the “Past Applicants” Spotlight. The integration allows recruiters to identify, within the results of a search done in LinkedIn, who has previously applied in Avature.
Avature and LinkedIn will continue to work closely together and develop further integrations to enhance the recruiting experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
