During the last three months, we launched Avature Chatbot for Career Sites, enhanced our Portal Content Editor and Landing Page Builder, as well as made enhancements to our Theme Builder and portal apps to improve user experience.

• We officially launched the Chatbot for Career Sites! This tool is designed to enhance the candidate experience by simplifying their journey while also empowering admins with easy configuration and customization options, reducing the need for intervention from other teams within Avature.
• We released an Explainability feature: Matching Score Breakdown. The feature displays a side panel that can be accessed by clicking on any score in a list where matching is enabled and shows the composition of said score.
• We introduced more configuration options for the Theme and Page Builders. Now, you can add the new Menu element when configuring themes in the Theme Builder and pages in the Page Builder. This new element replaces the Navigation links element and is available in all themes and pages users create or update.
• We added new skills to Avature’s skills ontology. The new skills include media management, financial security and information technology development. This enhancement strengthens Avature’s AI features, such as resume parsing, candidate recommendations and applicant ranking.
