Through our high-frequency releases, we ensure our platform continues to support our customers’ visions and provides them with specific features to accomplish their objectives. This quarter, we introduced developments in portals, record complements, reporting and automation. In addition to increasing our functionality, we also focused on enhancing the user experience.

• Portal enhancements to keep supporting our customers with compliance, allow them to set up the confirmation of the data entered by users, and enable them to restrict the extensions of files uploaded through portals, among others. 
• Record updates, with a new feature of great value for our customers using forms with editable PDFs, who can now enable field validation inside an editable PDF before saving or moving to another step. 
• More automation capabilities, such as the possibility to identify duplicates using encrypted fields and the ability to create scheduled actions to delete files from person records.
• Multiple user experience improvements, including a redesigned filters edit page, a new button to facilitate copying an email address in person and company records, a PDF viewer within the Files panel and the gallery, and a “Preview” button in workflows.
• More granularity in Avature-enabled reports through new workflow step tags and additional support for exporting charts.
