NEW YORK & LONDON (September 12, 2018) – Avature, a leader in enterprise SaaS for talent acquisition and talent management, is pleased to announce that the recently released Avature Contingent Workforce Management Solution (Avature CWM) was named a 2018 Top HR Product by Human Resource Executive Magazine.

“We’re honored to be recognized for producing one of this year’s most innovative HR solutions,” said Agustin Donati, Avature Product Marketing Director. “Avature CWM was specifically designed to enable our customers to thrive in the gig economy, by adding agility to the way they find, engage, deploy, and rehire independent talent.”

Avature CWM tracks contingent workers throughout their employment cycle. Companies can use this solution to source new talent, engage with previous contractors, onboard new contingent workers, and engage independent talent during and after their projects.

According to an article about the 2018 Top HR Products, the solution arrives at the right time. “With predictions of a 50 percent contingent workforce by 2020, employers will need a total-talent solution to manage gig workers, and Avature CWM has created a talent-acquisition function that traditional vendor-management systems were missing,” said Andrew R. McIlvaine, a senior editor for talent acquisition at Human Resource Executive.

Using Avature CWM, employers can create a curated talent marketplace wherein contractors make profiles and apply for open projects. Additionally, an agency portal keeps all communication and activities with outside staffing agencies in one location. A portal for hiring managers allows users to submit and approve project requisitions, review candidates and schedule interviews, as well as rate contractors on skills and project deliverables at the end of an assignment. The solution also offers DNA Social, an employee hub similar to popular social networks. This portal is designed to keep contractors engaged and aware of what’s going on at the company. McIlvaine said DNA Social is “among the solution’s most unique offerings.”

“Companies may not want contractors to have access to the company intranet, for instance, but by using DNA Social, employers can create a contractor intranet that updates contingent workers about the latest company news, new jobs and any other relevant information,” he said. “This helps engage contingent workers and, coupled with targeted marketing strategies, reengages them so that they want to take on more projects with the same company.”

Built into the solution are options for customizing email marketing campaigns, sharing jobs on social media, and sending reminders for recruiters to periodically check in with high-potential candidates. Personalized dashboards give varying teams access to data that is relevant to them.

Avature CWM enables tailored experiences: from agency to recruiter to hiring manager to contractor, companies can adapt the solution to bring their unique HR strategy to life.
