With over 500 features introduced throughout 2023, it is time to look at the main innovations that hit the Avature platform in the last quarter of the year.

We launched Avature Learning, extended our parsing, matching and semantic suggestion capabilities to new languages, enhanced our sourcing tools, as well as making enhancements to the Theme Builder and portals to improve user experience.

There were specific motivations that led to these releases, from empowering our global customer base to improving usability and expanding capabilities with a high strategic value for our users. But all in all, they respond to our constant commitment to strengthening the tech engine our customers choose to drive their recruiting and talent management practices.

• When creating or editing portal themes using the theme builder, you can now drag and drop elements directly in the left panel, giving users who design themes an additional way to rearrange and regroup elements.
• An asset for our users searching for talent in multiple regions and languages, the Semantic Suggestions functionality now supports Dutch and Japanese. We have expanded the languages we support in many areas of the platform, including skills parsing, which is now available in Japanese, Portuguese and Chinese.
