London, United Kingdom, October 7, 2014 – Avature, a leading provider of innovative Web 2.0 talent acquisition and talent management solutions delivered as SaaS, announced today that it has been selected by L’Oréal, the Paris based multinational beauty company, to provide a global Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Avature system will support the recruiting efforts of all L’Oréal brands in more than 60 countries throughout the world.
L’Oréal evaluated ATS vendors over a period of several months before selecting Avature. Key selection criteria included ease of configuration, data model flexibility, and end-user usability – particularly on web portals and mobile devices. An additional consideration was the ability to seamlessly expand the enterprise ATS with advanced CRM, employee referral, and other Avature solutions.
