Prior to founding Avature in 2004, Dimitri co-founded HotJobs.com in 1997. As Chief Operating Officer and later CEO, Dimitri’s responsibilities at HotJobs.com included the direct management of all of its business activities. Dimitri took HotJobs.com public on the NASDAQ (HOTJ) in 1999 and grew the company to over 100MM in revenue before it was acquired by Yahoo! in 2002 for 433MM. When purchased, HotJobs.com was pro-forma profitable, cash flow positive, and the 49th most visited site on the Internet.
From 2002 to 2009, Dimitri served on the Board of Directors of Zhaopin.com. Headquartered in Beijing, Zhaopin (ZPIN/SEEK) is the second largest employment website in China.
Dimitri is a noted authority on the labor market and has appeared on CNNfn, CNN, Fox News, The Fox News’ Cavuto Report, and CNBC Power Lunch, and has been featured in Business Week, The New York Daily News, Investor’s Business Daily, and other print publications.
Dimitri is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained a BA in biophysics. In his post-graduate research at the University of Illinois, Dimitri used Cray supercomputers to model macromolecular movements. His graduate research has been cited in over 30 scientific publications, including Nature.

Ernest Kueffner has 30 years of experience in HCM technology management. He joined Avature shortly after it was founded and currently manages Avature’s federal systems division. Prior to this, he ran Avature’s commercial systems business for North America, Avature’s largest market.
Before joining Avature, Ernest served as a Product Marketing Analyst at Yahoo, where he was responsible for developing vertical growth strategies and software business planning. Prior to Yahoo, Ernest held multiple roles during his five-year tenure at HotJobs.com. His responsibilities included software product marketing and product management, as well as enterprise client services management for HotJobs.com’s web-based Applicant Tracking System, which was released in 1997 and accessed using the Netscape browser. Ernest started his career with ING Barings Investment Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis from Cornell University.

In his role as SVP of Operations, Cristian is responsible for the day to day operations of Avature’s global teams for core engineering, IT, technical services, and customer service.
Since joining Avature in 2008, Cristian has served in a variety of positions and has been a driving force in the evolution of Avature’s customer-centric approach to service delivery. His ability to understand both the technical and human dimensions of the fast-growth software business has allowed him to scale the organization to meet demand while maintaining a culture of innovation and excellence. Cristian continues to optimize the company so that a diverse and creative team of “Avaturians” can find and define their professional lives based on their individual talents and collective spirit.
Prior to Avature, Cristian worked for MasterCard and Oracle. He studied systems engineering at University of Salta and attended Ginastera Conservatory of Music for classical guitar.
In addition to his official position, Cristian is part of the Avature football team and the company band. He loves playing jazz guitar and is a professional tango dancer.

Stacey Shewbridge is SVP of Finance & Operations for Avature Federal Services, where she leads operational strategy and execution for the company’s federal business. She joined Avature nearly seven years ago as the first consultant dedicated to the federal systems division and has played a key role in building and scaling the division. Stacey brings more than 25 years of experience delivering complex software implementations for the U.S. intelligence and Department of Defense communities.

Ana Darino leads Avature’s global financial operations. Since joining the company in 2006, she has navigated a wide range of complex financial and regulatory challenges resulting from Avature’s rapid growth across the US, Europe and Asia. An innovative financial leader, Ana brings an exceptional breadth of expertise beyond the areas of accounting and taxation. In addition to maintaining Avature’s financial order, she has managed Avature’s financial systems, fulfilled numerous customer requirements and built a strong global team of financial professionals. Leveraging the Avature platform, Ana has developed customer-oriented data tracking for financial metrics and analysis and has guided Avature through a decade of cash-flow-positive, high double-digit growth.
Before joining Avature, Ana served as the Grants & Accounting Manager for a U.S.-based NGO providing micro-financial banking services in Latin America and the Caribbean. She supervised financial audits, accounts payable and receivable, and requests for funds, among other roles in financial analysis and reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires.

Julian has 15 years of experience in HCM and over 30 years in technology. He has lived and worked around the world, establishing Avature’s global presence. Prior to joining Avature, he served as CTO of a New York-based investment trust (NYSE: SLG). Julian holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the City University of New York.

Silvina joined Avature in 2011 to lead the company’s Legal Department. Since then, Silvina and her team have managed contract negotiations with high-profile customers including 110 of the Fortune 500, major consulting firms, healthcare and insurance institutions, and government agencies worldwide.
Silvina and her team are responsible for Avature’s privacy and compliance matters, as well as the management of insurance programs, trademarks and domains globally.
With over 20 years of experience in legal affairs, Silvina has vast professional experience in prestigious law firms, managing cross-border commercial negotiations and international biddings.
She holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires (UCA), and a postgraduate degree in Oil and Gas Legislation from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Silvina is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

As SVP of Consulting, Florencia leads Avature’s Consulting practice, delivering advisory services, solution design and system implementations. She has worked with leading multinational companies on the design and deployment of HR solutions worldwide and is responsible for defining Avature’s best practice solutions. She regularly advises customers on HR transformation strategies and digital program development across a broad range of disciplines, including workforce planning, recruiting, employee mobility and performance management.
Florencia joined Avature in 2008 and created the Avature Consulting practice. She has directly managed more than 60 enterprise implementations and now leads a team that delivers over 20 large-scale implementations each year across the globe.
Florencia studied Social Communication at the University of Buenos Aires and began her professional career in the nonprofit sector, working for an NGO advocating for sustainable development.

Analía joined Avature in 2006 and manages treasury and administrative services, including banking, budgeting and cash management, payroll, leasing and facilities management.
A certified public accountant, Analía graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires in 1998. Prior to Avature, she worked as an accountant for Barcos, Miyasaki and Associates; a controller for VM Beauty S.R.L.; an administrator manager for Kumon Instituto de Educación de Argentina S.R.L.; and an international accountant for Arthur D. Little, Inc.
Analía thrives while working in a multinational company with a team that recognizes cultural diversity as a competitive advantage. She enjoys developing activities in accounting environments in order to expand her own knowledge, support colleagues and maintain the financial well-being of the organization.
