The output is a set of detailed roles & responsibilities, practices and procedures, and process diagrams that together comprise your desired recruiting process.

This phase or our engagements focus on how to manage the complex organizational and workforce transitions needed to get to the desired optimum state. Particular emphasis is placed on how to communicate change inside your organization and get adoption of agreed upon practices through education & training.

The work product of this type of engagement is a detailed communication plan and training material along with real in-person training, on-line training and train the trainer training.

Here we focus on how to find the right role for technology as an enabler of individual and group performance.

The work product of this phase of an engagement is the design a long-term technology road map that is specifically relevant to your organization.

Benchmarking & Measurement

Here we look at the data output of the designed processes when combined with technology and how that data should be parsed and presented to individuals in various roles in the organization from individual recruiter to C-level executive. Most importantly we consider data impact and subsequent behavior and the key result of good data presentation. We make a clear distinction between what data is “actionable” for each viewer and what data is “conformational.”

The output of this phase of engagement ranges from development of Score Cards, Complex Data Views… to complete data warehouse implementation, analytic processing tool development, and data visualization.
