Any current Avature customer with an active instance is eligible.
Customers can submit their own application or be nominated by an Avature Account Manager, an Avature team member or a third-party partner.

Yes, you can submit entries in multiple categories.

Each company can win only one category to ensure recognition is spread across the community.

Just fill out the Avature Awards Submission Form, it’s short and easy to complete.
The form includes a few open-ended questions to describe your initiative, impact, and how you used Avature.
You’re encouraged (but not required) to include supporting materials like screenshots, videos, or testimonials.

A diverse judging panel of knowledgeable Avature customers will assess and rank the entries based on predefined criteria.
A shortlist will be announced for each category ahead of the conference, where these stories will be shared.
Winners Announcement: Winners will be revealed live at the Avature Upfront Conference 2026.

All submissions are evaluated using the same set of core criteria:

Tangible Outcomes: Includes measurable results (e.g. ROI, efficiency, satisfaction) or promising early wins.
Scalability & Replicability: Can it be expanded within the company or replicated by others?
Supporting Evidence: Screenshots, testimonials or internal data points welcome.

Category Focus Areas:

Most Innovative Use of Avature: Creative configuration and new ways of solving problems.
Biggest Business Impact: Strong alignment with business strategy and quantifiable results.
Best Use Case of AI & Automation: Emphasis on process transformation, AI usage and experience gains.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present a 5-10 minute overview of their project at the conference.
If you cannot attend or don’t want to present, an Avature representative can do so on your behalf - though we see great value in you sharing your own story.

One complimentary pass for each finalist organization to attend the 2026 Avature Upfront Conference.
Increased exposure and the chance to engage with the broader Avature community.

Avature Advisory Services will work with your team to review one process and deliver a tailored, prioritized set of Avature AI enhancements, so you get real impact fast, without a heavy time commitment.
We’ll map your process, identify friction points and key decision moments and deliver a prioritized set of recommendations aligned to Avature AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot Agents, Agentic Automation). You’ll receive a process snapshot, an AI opportunity backlog, and suggested KPIs and dependencies.
Terms Apply: The Avature AI Opportunity Lab is an advisory engagement for one defined process and includes a snapshot, a prioritized AI opportunity backlog and suggested KPIs/dependencies. It is delivered remotely and capped at 12 net hours of Avature Advisory effort. Configuration, implementation, integrations, testing, rollout and detailed solution design are excluded and require a separate agreement. Prize delivery is subject to scheduling availability and the timely provision of required inputs.

Yes, both self-nominations and third-party nominations (e.g., by Account Managers or Partners) are allowed.
If submitting on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have the necessary permission.

Yes! We encourage joint submissions between customers and partners. If selected, both parties will be recognized as co-winners of the award.
