Yes, you can submit entries in multiple categories.
Each company can win only one category to ensure recognition is spread across the community.
- Just fill out the Avature Awards Submission Form, it’s short and easy to complete.
- The form includes a few open-ended questions to describe your initiative, impact, and how you used Avature.
- You’re encouraged (but not required) to include supporting materials like screenshots, videos, or testimonials.
- If you need help, your Account Manager or our team is happy to support you at events@avature.net.
- A diverse judging panel of knowledgeable Avature customers will assess and rank the entries based on predefined criteria.
- For each category, three finalists will be selected and announced prior to the conference. These finalists will be invited to present their initiative during the live Awards ceremony.
- One winner per category will be revealed on stage at the #AvatureUpfront Conference 2025.
All submissions are evaluated using the same set of core criteria:
- Tangible Outcomes: Includes measurable results (e.g. ROI, efficiency, satisfaction) or promising early wins.
- Scalability & Replicability: Can it be expanded within the company or replicated by others?
- Supporting Evidence: Screenshots, testimonials or internal data points welcome.
Category Focus Areas:
- Most Innovative Use of Avature: Creative configuration and new ways of solving problems.
- Biggest Business Impact: Strong alignment with business strategy and quantifiable results.
- Best Use Case of AI & Automation: Emphasis on process transformation, AI usage and experience gains.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present a 5-10 minute overview of their project at the conference.
- If you cannot attend or don’t want to present, an Avature representative can do so on your behalf - though we see great value in you sharing your own story.

- Attendance is not mandatory to win.
- Finalists will be invited to give a short 5/10 minute presentation on stage during the Awards ceremony (taking place at the conference). If a customer can’t attend or doesn’t want to present, an Avature team member can present on their behalf. Winners will be announced during the conference, but if you cannot attend to receive the award in person, we'll be in touch afterward.
- Yes, both self-nominations and third-party nominations (e.g., by Account Managers or Partners) are allowed.
- If submitting on behalf of someone else, please ensure you have the necessary permission.
Yes! We encourage joint submissions between customers and partners. If selected, both parties will be recognized as co-winners of the award.
