Digital technology is transforming HR at an accelerating rate.

Relying on HR tools, organizations are learning how to better engage employees, solve more organizational problems, and improve business outcomes. HR practitioners are streamlining their tasks and connecting in more meaningful ways with candidates and hiring managers. Like many of today’s industries, digital technology is increasingly becoming a catalyst for innovation in HR.

This change is occurring rapidly as HR takes on a larger strategic role in organizations. According to a Bersin by Deloitte survey released this year:

  • 56 percent of companies are redesigning their HR programs to leverage digital and mobile tools
  • 51 percent are currently in the process of redesigning their organizations for digital business models
  • 41 percent are actively building mobile apps to deliver HR services

To discover new ways to leverage digital HR technology, thousands of business leaders will convene for HR Tech World San Francisco. Already a mainstay in Europe, the conference will come to the U.S. for the first time on June 14-15.

Over the course of two days, thought leaders and innovators will discuss how software, technology and collaborative tools are transforming the way people work. Attendees will explore topics and trends related to HR technology and strategy, talent and recruitment, employee engagement and management, and big data opportunities.
