When it comes to potential employees, what does your organization offer? Your employee value proposition (EVP) isn’t limited to compensation or benefits. Rather, it is a comprehensive set of attributes that define whether or not your employees will be motivated and committed to your organization, such as opportunity for growth, quality of co-worker, job-interest alignment, and more. When an organization develops and harnesses their EVP effectively, they transform their talent acquisition strategy, enhancing their candidate experience and ultimately converting the right talent for success.
