When it comes to potential employees, what does your organization offer? Your employee value proposition (EVP) isn’t limited to compensation or benefits. Rather, it is a comprehensive set of attributes that define whether or not your employees will be motivated and committed to your organization, such as opportunity for growth, quality of co-worker, job-interest alignment, and more. When an organization develops and harnesses their EVP effectively, they transform their talent acquisition strategy, enhancing their candidate experience and ultimately converting the right talent for success.

Few people understand this better than Rebecca Houghton, who for the last 6 years, has been the brains behind many of Australia Post’s Talent transformations – successfully implementing significant changes to the way Australia Post approached talent acquisition, re-imagine internal careers to modernise & engage the workforce, and transform the redeployment and outplacement experience.

I really enjoyed the session and found Rebecca to be fabulous. I loved hearing about the various case studies, I have referenced some of the examples and clips she shared with us over the past month!

Now an independent consultant, Rebecca remains obsessed with transforming the traditional approach to Talent and advises, coaches and consults across the Talent & Careers ecosystem to help organisations achieve their goals.

Today, she’ll be sharing with us the importance of EVP as the strategic bedrock for high impact Talent strategies.

She’ll deep dive into two highly successful approaches she and her team took to address very different issues using the EVP:

  • How they reversed their Digital employer brand status
  • How they increased participation of Women in Transport; a strategy that is an AHRI Talent Award finalist this year.

You’ll walk away with tips and ideas on how to structure your approach to:

  • EVP strategy
  • Business Case & funding models
  • The extension of recruitment marketing to candidate / employee experience
  • Ways of working that enable high impact experiences

Be sure to register as soon as possible, as the venue has a limited capacity and spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
