Leads Sales Compensation analysts to ensure accurate and timely
field compensation payments for specific areas. Oversee related analyses
and projects for those areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the development and support of 2
sales analysts.
·
Maintain compensation analysis and territory
alignments in a specific area and oversee same for 2 sales analysts.
·
Influence field personnel to process/communicate
compensation changes in an accurate and timely manner.
·
Assist with running the compensation software
daily, monthly and retro processes.
·
Assist with Budget/Projection compensation model.
·
Support the accurate and timely processing of
National Sales Meeting awards and bonuses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
2-4 years experience supporting a complex Sales
organization.
·
Prefer 2 years experience analyzing sales
compensation.
·
Experience managing a direct staff or managing a
project.
·
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
Access.
·
Demonstrated verbal and written communication
skills.
