They are available to guide our customers with local and regional insights and assist in translating specific business challenges to Avature Solutions. Solution Architects remain engaged during implementation in a customer advisory role and provide high level account management post go-live that focuses on optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
Avature has a team of Consultants that project manage implementations, write detailed solution specifications and UAT plans, perform solution configurations, set up integrations, perform data migration, and develop customized training programs. They have a deep knowledge of the Avature platform and can configure it with little or no support from Avature's development teams, thereby significantly reducing configuration turn-around times. Our Consultants have specific knowledge in the HCM space and have performed over 100 multi-nation implementations since 2008.
Avature's implementation methodology is collaborative and transparent - work is performed in a sandbox instance that the customer project team has full access to. The architecture of the platform is specifically designed to support live process modeling - where teams can build the data model and workflows on the sandbox while in group meetings - allowing you to not only visualize your design decisions, but run data through them.
Our data migration capability is significant. First, because Avature's data model is extremely configurable; second, because Avature is designed to map any incoming data model to the selected new model from the UI; third, because the Avature system is good at managing documents; and finally, because Avature Consultants have experience with the legacy systems where your data is coming from.

Avature consultants will project manage training, UAT, and deployment of the configured instance to production.
After deployment, Avature assigns an Adoption Specialist to each project for a period of three months. The Adoption Specialist is trained to monitor user activity and proactively identify user errors and report back to the customer. They have the ability to provide ad hoc training, generate user activity reports, and they can participate in conference calls with users, Admin Users, and the customer project team. They are also able to make configuration change recommendations and model out changes in a sandbox for review.
