Proven Implementation Methodology and On-time Delivery

Avature’s implementation methodology is collaborative, transparent and combines agile and waterfall methods where appropriate.

The platform’s architecture is specifically developed to support agile design – including in-system data model design and process modeling. Your data model and workflows can be built during the design sessions, allowing you to visualize your design decisions immediately and process sample data during the design process. All design work takes place in a production equivalent sandbox instance that all stakeholders can access.

Avature consultants and technical services specialists use our powerful platform frameworks (i.e., portals, mobile apps, and reporting) to produce sophisticated branded user experiences for job seekers, recruiters, hiring managers, C-level executives and other stakeholders.

All of our large implementations are staffed with a professional project manager. Project managers plan the project and run the schedule through go-live and project completion.
