Dimitri Boylan: Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Avature, Dimitri co-founded HotJobs.com in 1997. As Chief Operating Officer and later CEO, Dimitri's responsibilities at HotJobs included the direct management of all of its products and services. HotJobs was sold to Yahoo! in 2002. Prior to HotJobs, Dimitri was Managing Director of an executive search firm operating in both New York and San Francisco that specialized in technical positions for leading software companies and financial institutions.

Dimitri is a noted authority on the labor market and has appeared on CNNfn, CNN, Fox News, The Cavuto Report, Power Lunch, and other programs, and has been featured in Business Week, The New York Daily News, Investors Business Daily, and other print publications. He serves on the Board of Directors of Zhaopin.com, an on line employment site located in Beijing, China.

Dimitri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Griffith: Chief Technology Officer

Robert Griffith is responsible for the technical direction of Avature's Software development Group. Prior to joining Avature, Bob worked as an independent consultant and advisor to software companies engaged in the development of large scale transactional websites. From 1996 to 2001, he served as the principle architect at InterWorld, where he was responsible for innovations in their E-Commerce application server that would later become common place in all high-end, scalable, high-availability application servers. Prior to that, he led small teams to develop two generations of CAD/CAM technology for the medical prosthesis industry.

Robert studied mechanical engineering and applied numerical methods at California State University, from 1982 to 1986.

Ernest Kueffner: Eastern US Sales Director

Ernest Kueffner is responsible for Avature's business development strategy and execution for the Eastern US and works out of our New York office. Before joining Avature, Ernest served as a Product Marketing analyst for Yahoo, where he was responsible for vertical growth strategy development and software business planning. Prior to Yahoo, Ernest proved success in various roles during his five year tenure with HotJobs.com. His responsibilities included software product development and product management, as well as enterprise client services management for their flagship Applicant Tracking Systems clients. Ernest started his career with ING Barings Investment Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis from Cornell University.

Michael Johnson: Western US Sales Director

Michael Johnson heads our Chicago Office; he is responsible for Avature's business development strategy and execution for the Midwest. Prior to joining Avature, from 1997 to 2003, Mike held multiple senior sales management positions with HotJobs.com and Yahoo!HotJobs and was most recently Western Manager, Strategic Account Sales leading sales teams in Austin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Employment Management Association (EMA), and the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment (IACPR). He has been quoted in Crain's Chicago Business and the Chicago Tribune and he has served as a panel member of the First Annual Illinois Technology Conference.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University.

David Lelong: Director of Software Product Marketing

David is responsible for leading all product marketing initiatives at Avature. Prior to this, David was a Product Manager at Yahoo!, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing multiple product lines within their HotJobs online recruiting business. In this role, David worked closely with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement innovative online recruiting products. David also served as a Client Services Lead at HotJobs.com, where he was responsible for completing successful implementations of their enterprise recruiting software application. David has also held software product development positions with Citigroup.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Information Management and a BAS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
